My wife and I were greeted shortly after we entered the store by a sales associate that was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the selection of furniture and bedding offered in the store. We were able touch and sit on a wide variety of kitchen tables in-store which helped a lot in helping us imagine how our selection would fit in our kitchen.nWe were fortunate enough to have our selection in stock in the warehouse and will be having it delivered in a week, which is unheard of in the current environment.nThe check out process was quick and easy. My wife and I had a very good shopping experience in this store.
After going to 4 competitor stores around home, we arrived at Ashley. It was their anniversary sale, and we didn't know we would get 25% off any item. We were looking for a couch but our living room is small and we couldn't find it anywhere else. Our salesman, James, who also knows everything about mattresses, helped us find the right one! The color we wanted, the size we needed, the price that would fit our budget just fine, with a chase just like we had in mind. I'm very happy with the service, very happy with the product, very happy with the promotion they had going on. I feel like we hit the jackpot going there today, and I came home very excited about it! Best of all? We will only start paying in May and we can pay over the course of 6 months with zero interest. Amazing! I certainly recommend the store in O'Fallon :)
I love Ashley Home Store. My husband and I bought furniture there from Amy in 2007. The furniture still looks good and has held up very well. It had a lot of use by our large family. I found Amy again and bought some more furniture for my new place. I have no doubt that it will keep it's good looks and durability for years to come. Thank you for making high quality furniture.
Made my first ever furniture purchase tonight and was assisted by Danielle! She was nothing but great in assisting me with all my first time questions as a first time furniture buyer while also giving advice and opinions on future purchases as well as mattress recommendations! I was given a plentiful amount of useful information from Angelo as well in regards to mattresses. He was awesome, none the less, when it came to giving every piece of information possible about each mattress in each price range, while being honest and not trying sell me each mattress based off of the price of the mattress, but because he took my health and needs into consideration and used that to show me my best options for mattresses available. .
Amy was very helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. We did our research beforehand so we would know the styles of furniture we were interested in, and we were pleased with the selection. I am concerned about the wait time for furniture, we were told the piece that would take the longest would be 12 weeks. A coworker of mine waited 6 months for their bed to come in, and had terrible experiences with their customer service, so I’m hoping everything goes well for us in terms of timing and service. Initial visit and purchase was good though!
