The BR location is consistently out of chocolate ice cream. If they are consistantly out of hot fudge or their hot fudge machine is not working. We will continue to patronize the O'Fallon location.
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a sundae for $6.25 through door dash. When the sundae arrived I could not believe it was the correct size. So I called the store and was told that the 2 scoop sundae is actually two child-sized scoops. Then I think it should be child-sized price. The pictures on the website should come with disclaimers because they are totally deceiving. This is a case of not getting what you paid for. As you can see this is not the same sundae pictured on the website. Baskin Robbins do better.
Says they close at 10 on Friday.. 3 time I've been there at 9 and they are closed. If that's the case. Change your hours on Google..
Staff is wonderful and ice cream is very tasty. Very little wait, staff is happy to answer questions about taste.
I typically get a shake. Personally love strawberry. I get overwhelmed by tye number of flavors. I should break out of my shell and try something new. Perhaps chocolate peanut butter or strawberry cheesecake. Nom nom. ud83dude0b
