We went to Baskin-Robbins craving ice cream, when we pulled up I asked for three different flavors all three of them which they did not carry, so I said how am I supposed to know what to order and they're like well I guess I could read them off to you? I said I guess you're going to have too? You need a sign out here? He said well what flavors do you like? I said well the three that I just said? he said we don't carry them , frustrated, I said well read them off then, he said you really want me to read them all? I said yeah, he said but there is 24? by this point we were so frustrated all you need is a sign explaining what flavors we can have at Baskin Robbins Drive-Thru it's that easy or simply hire better employeesud83dudc4e thumbs down for the family craving ice cream! We left. Monday evening 7:25 pm on 11/10/2020
Chocolate chip mint is my all time favorite and BR's is the best. However, the last two times I've visited, the ice cream is extremely soft as though it had been sitting out or they've turned up the freezer. Either or, it doesn't taste the same and it disappoints me.
Very disappointing. The person who helped us was less than enthused and the other girl was coughing behind the counter. They didn't have all the flavors like a stand alone. The one flavor I did want was all melted on the top and (despite the other worker stating it needed to be scooped) the girl just left it.To top it off my wife had an ICE CUBE in the middle of her ice cream. ud83dude10
