Target

Kathleen, a store associate, is great! She saw me wandering looking for an item and not only led me to it, but made me feel that she was genuinely glad I had come in today. Darah at the check out was helpful and efficient. I do not much like shopping, but was uplifted by my visit today to the Madison Ave. Target store.

No live checkouts. I spent an hour on my shopping needs, when I was ready to checkout only the self-checkouts were available. If I had spent an hour shopping for my needs, I would have left the full cart of items and walk out of the store. The lines to check out (self) were 5 to 7 people deep with no Target associates in site. I spent over $130.00 and had to check out myself. This is ridiculous. Not only for my frustration but putting people out of work. If companies continue with self check outs at the minimal a 10% discount should be credited to the customers.

Found what I wanted paid for and left

Clean store and friendly staff. The only thing that upset me was the length of time to check out. 2 things had an influence on my not being happy was that there were only 3 checkers. The was pretty busy too. Self check out went fast. The other thing was this little girl ahead of me bought 2 items. It took her 5 minutes to count out $21.73! That delay I didn't mind so much! She was so excited that she bought them! Bravo to the grandmother and the checher!

Dmitry was helpful with picking out the perfect gift for my sister! I'll as for his help again.
