Was able to make two appointments online for me and my mom. We got a confirmation text so the next day we drove out and when we arrived the open signs were on. All the doors were locked and there was a hand written sign saying they were closed. Would have been nice to see that on their website or on voice message before driving 40 minutes.
I had a very nice experience here. Came for a full set and I love them! Best in Urbana area. Snacks at the front desk, wide color selection, clean & friendly plus I was able to easily book online. I appreciated that my nail tech paid close attention to detail and took her time. By the time my nails were done it was well past closing but I didn’t feel rushed at all. Got exactly what I wanted and am very happy with how my nails came out :) will be back!
Always an amazing job! Even when I don't know what I want, Lihn comes up with the most fantastic ideas for me. The inside is gorgeous and is always clean!
