I made an appointment for 12pm. I showed up at 12pm. When I walked in I was asked to come back at 1pm because they are still busy. I didn't get a curtacy call or anything. It was the worst I have experienced and I would never come back.
I made a 5pm appointment and I arrived a little early. I waited by the receptionist desk for a few minutes until someone finally came out from the back. She told me it would be 25 minutes until i could be seen. She didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. No one ever called to ask to change my appointment time, nothing. The situation was handled poorly and she was quite rude about it. Save your time and go somewhere that respects you. By far the worst massage experience I have had in the Frederick area.
I went to this place on the recommendation of a friend. Due to the pandemic, I become couch potato and my back become stiff for lack of activity, Lily is the therapist who took care of me ! Her massage skill is outstanding and took all the kinks of my back. ! It is the best massage I ever got! Will be back again and especially request Lily as my therapist.
Lily is very good and she has the right pressure plus their prices are very good. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Lily — see you soon
