The owner Annie is super awesome and a great business operator. She fixed our issue with ease and was very pleasant, even while she was suffering from a cold. Other than the old man at the front, this place is great!

I called twice from Rhode Island looking to get a couples massage this week... the owner, or manager (a man) when i asked for about a promo i saw online was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone and even hung up on me. I was very upset yet i found a wonderful place with outstanding customer service called ‘Candle Day Spa’ would highly recommend that one over this just by the service and communication expressed to me.
