Just received our patio furniture a few days ago. Beautiful quality and great communication throughout the process. Allison was so patient with us as we took what felt like forever to choose the materials and answered all our questions promptly. Can't wait for warner weather so we can really enjoy it!

Our experience working with Kelly on the design, ordering, and installation of our outdoor furniture was just great. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with the results. We purchased a custom-sized U-shaped sectional for our rooftop along with several Adirondack chairs and accessories. The quality of the furniture, cushions, and pillows is first-rate and we look forward to getting many years of enjoyment from them. Kelly offered us several design options based on the initial specs we provided. She then answered our numerous questions thoroughly and promptly. She was attentive to what we were looking for and offered multiple options for us to consider. As we were finalizing our selections of colors and fabrics she made a few terrific suggestions to help us round out the overall look. Her team took great care during the installation process, which required navigating a lot of stairs. JoNa’s is a small, family run business that we cannot recommend highly enough. We are so glad we found them.

Without a doubt, we were thoroughly impressed with the customer service, attention to detail, and the white glove delivery service provided by Kelly and company with JoNa's Exterior Design, LLC. Kelly was fantastic from the beginning to the end by visiting with us prior to placing our order for the furniture to ensure all items would fit in our deck space and meet our requirements and expectations; she kept us advised of the progress with our furniture production after we placed our order, and she inspected the final product prior to delivery and set up on our deck. Look no where else but here for a quality product and exceptional service!!

We recently made a purchase of 3 new tables for our ice cream business from JoNa's Exterior Design. Working with Alison and Kelly- the entire process was seamless. They were detail oriented to make sure my order was exactly right. Delivery was timely- no waiting around for a two hour time frame. They came at the time that worked for me before my business hours. The gentlemen made sure the heavy tables were set up just right and even took time to wipe them down before leaving. Our customers love the new place to sit and enjoy a sweet treat! We absolutely love the patio furniture purchased from JoNa's Exterior Design. The construction is very high quality, the materials don't fade and are extremely sturdy, while the design is clean and classy. I have owned my furniture for over a year and do not see any signs of wear. There is little to no maintenance. The company owners were extremely accommodating and communicative. I would definitely recommend the furniture and their service!
