Good assortment of furniture. Prices are decent on some pieces. Some furniture is low-budget quality. Wish sales representatives were more visible and attentive.

Marcie was very friendly, although she was busy she did her best. My issues was not with Ms. Marcie but with the lady at the cashier.nnShe was an older white lady with short red hair working on 11/7 @ around 2:26pm at the cashier desk toward the front of the storennShe was extremely disrespectful to the point I didn’t want the dining set. She didn’t say hello, She looked at me with a judgmental face and repeatedly told me the price like I didn’t already know and then raised her eyebrows when I asked to pay cash and giggled with the other red head lady.nnShe then openly disrespected my 2 year old (who was growing impatient after we waited 30 minutes for help and payment) and compared my toddler with 2 beautiful infants. Not only did she ignore me and talk to the other customers but felt the need to comment her disgusting opinion. When I left because of her attitude she didn’t say have a good day she just looked at her computer.nnI would have paid in cash and waited for my dining room set to be in stock because it was beautiful and worth the wait, however I will not give my money to someone like her who judged me and disrespected my family. I could have addressed her about her attitude in the store but I will not bother myself with her.nnHowever, the older white guy wearing a white shirt and a black mask was very polite and friendly. I would come back to have that gentleman help me and get his commission off of my dining set. He asked my family and I twice if we were okay and complimented my toddlers outfit and when I was at the cashier desk he was still polite and told my family and I to have a great day.

Our buying experience at the store went well and Kyle was extremely helpful! He helped us find what we were looking for, offered additional suggestions and kept everything organized. We ordered quite a bit of furniture and were very pleased with the price. With that said, we ordered our furniture at the end of July and still do not have one piece of it! I have called several times to check on the status only to be told it would be further delayed. There are several pieces sitting in the warehouse but they wouldn’t deliver until all items were in. Finally on my third call I asked for them to deliver in 2 deliveries which they had to get approval for and someone would call me back... not. There have now been 4 times when someone would “call me back”, 2 of them a manager, and nothing. There is ZERO customer service! We were told 6 weeks for delivery due to the COVID delays which we completely understand but now going on 3 months is just ridiculous. Had we known it would be this long we would have NEVER ordered the furniture. Also, each person I spoke with informed me it is “not just you, it is like this for everyone” which again would have been nice to know ahead of time. Again, great buying experience but definitely not worth the headache and poor customer service. I am glad I waited to write the review that I was “highly encouraged” to write upon leaving the store.

Their customer service is awesome-sauce!!! The sales associate Marcie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She has jokes as well! And the manager Kayla was tremendously great with assuring that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase! I gladly recommend this place to all who is looking for nice furniture and great customer service. Thank you Regency Furniture...
