We had a fabulous shopping experience at Value City Furniture in Frederick! Andrew was our salesperson and was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about purchasing a beautiful 3 piece leather living room set. Andrew encouraged us to try out all the lovely sets to make sure we felt comfortable. We haven't purchase a living room set for many years so this was an important purchase for us. Andrew was the perfect salesperson - no pressure, great personality, knows the different furniture styles, and very patient! Thanks to Andrew we got our dream set!

First off the store is amazing! I love the furniture and the staff. My mom and I purchased multiple products from the store in Frederick, MD. Phyllis is amazing and always so helpful. She truly is a gem and an asset to the company. The Manager Brian has a heart of gold. Recently my mother and I had to return a heavy defected item and Brian was great. He actually helped us ladies get the item out of the truck and loaded the new one back in the truck. A great customer experience deserves an exceptional review. Thank you Phyllis and Brian.

The Value City in Frederick is awesome. Tracy helped me find exactly what I wanted. Jami helped me throughout the entire process, ensuring I received my delivery as soon as possible. The delivery team was kind, helpful and efficient. They arrived on time and assembled my furniture exactly where I wanted it to go. I highly recommend Value City.

Thanks to Regina Thomas I was able to get a great deal and good customer service to boot. I was thinking of buying a bedroom set, which I purchased, and she discovered that I might benefit from the items in the clearance area. When I looked there I was impressed with what was there. I then released it was worth it to get all my furniture needs there.So got a a dinning room set. Overall, I was pleased. I got a great deal and there was delivery too! It was too easy. Should you visit Value City Furniture in Fredericksburg ... ask for Regina Thomas. She'll treat you right.
