Staff helped my mom purchase her new mattress. They are professional and friendly. Good deals on some of the furniture pieces.
Gulshan says that when you sign the invoice after the furniture is delivered it's a done deal. Even though defects show up two or three months later. Also make sure the company is still in business. To be fair they did come out two times to fix the cushion on my chairs. But my couch which is from another company is still not repaired.even after I sent them photos.
Wow! They are mean and didn't care about ur situation if you got deflect from couch and u felt turn off. You don't want them to be replace and of course want them back to store for refund. They want me to find another couch for exchange. I didn't like other couches at the store means I want to get refund because they are failing to meet my expectations! Good luck to Frederick people if they buy it from store. They don't care if u got bad couch and u cant refund it.
