Wonderful experience. Jerry was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain specific details concerning the pieces of furniture we were considering. He took the time to have us sit on various sofas to demonstrate the differences in support levels. And showed extreme patience while I was trying to decide on chairs and pillow patterns to go with my sectional. Friendly, personable and not at all pushy.

I would not order from here during the pandemic & would seriously think it over before purchasing once the world is back to normal. The stuff is great & the salesman was nice but we have been waiting 20 weeks for our furniture when we were told 8-12 weeks. At thins point I think covid and waiting on the manufacturer is a poor excuse. We have been living in these times for a year now & I think the manufacturer and the furniture store should have been able to come up with a better plan by now. Especially because our furniture has been made for weeks and we are waiting on shipping. Our salesman had been updating us on the status of our furniture but has now completely ghosted us. Spent thousands of dollars nearly 5 months ago and nothing to show for it.

If I could give this negative stars I would we ordered furniture 17 weeks ago back in September and it has still not shipped from the warehouse. We originally were told we would have it by Thanksgiving and when we called to check we were told no we told you 16 weeks which was written on the order form but we were assured it would be delivered much earlier than that. I called today and it still has not left the warehouse and it could be up to another two weeks before it arrives in Frederick and then an additional week or more before it’s delivered to me. This has been incredibly disappointing because we were very happy with the sales process and the selection at the store. We had intended on coming back in ordering two other rooms of furniture but I can’t wait five months for them to be delivered.

We ordered a couch in October of 2020. We still do not have it delivered. Was told April or June ! Would not order anything from here. We are fighting to get it canceled! No help! Jason never calls us back!
