I set up my home office here for 2 weeks when relocating from the west coast.nnJim and staff were excellent and looked after mennSocial distancing was great. Jeez coming from Seattle this place was a huge change!! There were disinfectant dispenser stations by the elevators and other common areas.nnBreakfast was like a concierge service. Wow!! Bagels, omelette wrapped in cutesy packaging that u could take back to ur room.nnLocated close to a shopping area with some of best fries I have eaten in a long time.nnLove this place. You MUST stay here!!

My wife and I stayed here for our 17 yr anniversary. We loved the amenities, price, and cleanliness of the hotel. The one issue my wife had was with the quality of the sheets and pillows. The sheets were very rough and agitated her skin. This was the same complaint she had on another visit back in November. The pillows just weren't comfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall room. This was our first time staying with Homewood Suites. The whole stay left us with a bad impression because we were told by front desk staff that pool hours were only 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. We could not book a space in the pool. The next day when we told the operations manager, she told us the hours are really 6:00 am - 10:00 pm which were the hours posted on the door. When we told her there were only a few people in the pool, she said she would have let us in. We could not use the pool at all because of the limit due to Covid regulations. We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool. We could have stayed at any other hotel in the area. We were not offered any points or anything else for our trouble. The next time we book, we will probably not use the Homewood Suites chain.

Homewood Suites by Hilton is a clean, family-friendly hotel twelve minutes driving outside of historic Frederick. There's ample parking space. Once you check-in, you'll see the breakfast area/lobby complete with a snack bar with treats for purchase. There's also a gym and indoor pool.nnThe rooms are spacious. We had a suite with a small kitchen (with all the supplies), a TV area and living room. The bedroom was large with a bathroom en suite.nnService was great and friendly.
