Saw ads for Canapés for a while , we finally got the chance to try it out. This place deserves 6 stars. The food is beyond excellent. The prices are great. If you live anywhere in Frederick County try it out.

Their 550 Grab and Go is absolutely amazing. Everything that I have EVER gotten from here is absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh and bursting with flavor! Give them a shot, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Canapes catered my wedding at Strong Mansion on 10/25/20 and did a fantastic job! Planning was difficult during Covid but owner ML Carroll helped to give me everything I wanted and still being safe for all my guests. The food turned out amazing and most of my guests were full from appetizers because they said they were so good and they did a great job making sure everyone got some! Dinner was fantastic and coordinator Amanda did a great job making sure myself and my husband had what we needed and kept checking in with me. Everyone was very friendly and professional and kept things running very smoothly. Thank you all for making our day go just how we wanted and the food was the most important thing for me and I'm very happy with how good it turned out! Tucked behind the fairgrounds this is one if Frederick's best bakeries. While they are a catering company they also have counter service for lunch and a greay selection of baked goods. Indoor seating is available.

These folks did a great job of preparing a nicely catered lunch for my wife's 50th birthday party. I messed around too long and waited until 7 days before the planned date, but they came through with great tasting salads, sandwich platters and cheese. And delivered to our planned party site and helped set up. Very good experience. Would recommend.
