Ordered a graduation cake for my daughter. Sent a picture of a husky to add to the cake which was clearly black and white and a sample of a cake I had liked. I ordered vanilla as well. When I received the cake it was a gray husky and I was very disappointed as it wasn't as requested. They did offer to update on the spot, but given it was for a party immediately at pick up, that wasn't an option. The cake was also a strange cinnamon and not vanilla. I didn't care for the flavor. I did reach out to The Hive and was told they had the right to make artistic decisions and next time I should be more clear. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service or the willingness to make this right They didn't seem to care that the only request that was made wasn't met.
I would recommend this place if you want a special cake made. The cake was delicious and moist. I had them make a planet solar system for my Grandson. It was very colorful and they made the actual planets. Thank you for making my Grandson happy. He was so excited when he saw it.

Everything here is delicious. I don't like macarons but my boyfriend does and he said they were great, especially the Prickly Pear.nnTheir Mexican Hot Chocolate eclairs are my favorite. Sometimes they're pretty spicy! The lavendar pound cake is also good. The savory danishes are to die for.
