Have been researching spas for a while and decided on a Cal Spa. Stopped in at R&D to get a quote. Bought one from the showroom floor and love it! High quality product at a reasonable price. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Purchased it on the 19th and it was installed on the 30th. Great service. I would recommend R&D to anyone looking for a quality pool or spa.
I could never in my life contract this company after the countless times I have almost been in a wreck with one of their vans while traveling down one-way streets. It is marked one-way for a safety reason. That doesnt give you all the freedom to go the wrong way when it suits you. Terrible.
Philly cheese steak pizza is to die for
Don't use these people! They have decent customer service, charge you for work that is not performed properly, and have lead times that are too long. Save yourself the hassle and make a friend with a pool owner, buy a book on pool maintenance, go on YouTube, and do it yourself.
RD pools has all your pool and hot tub needs. They have a great staff who is very knowledgeable and helpful. They'll help you out with recommendations and get your pool crystal clear. They'll make sure your hot tub is ready for the next party. They can help with you opening, operating or closing of your pools and hot tubs.
