I'm usually very satisfied with Big Lots, today was one of those days. Not only did they have the toys I wanted from the ad, but also the most beautiful boxes of Christmas cards to choose from. They always have my business.

We had little to no money for furniture and we needed new furniture badly and thank God it was labor day because Big Lots was holding a labor day sale on furniture. Upon entering the store we was greeted by a employee asking if they could help. Knowing what we was looking for and where it was we did not need any help but for a company to tell their employees to ask if someone needs assistance as they enter the store is good because you never know if it is the first time for someone visiting and maybe they are going in for just one thing and is in a hurry. Another thing I liked was that the associate that was working furniture gave us time to try out all the furniture and see what we liked , did not push a particular product. She let us make up our own mind and let us take our time. Upon finding what we liked we went over to the register to check out where the associate then let us know about a promotion that would save us 15% on our purchase which took our 1300. total down to a little over 1000. All in all it was a fantastic experience.
