I just got carpet installed on my steps and landings. Very professional, friendly, helpful staff. I definitely recommend them for your flooring.
7 months to have a sofa delivered, please. $2000 sofa with half down and wait that long! I think they wait till they have more orders so they can get a discount from manufacturer with numerous orders. No way!!!!
We have narrow doors in our older home. Sue was very helpful finding options that would work for us.
My mother and I were looking for a specific type of lift chair. We went to 3 other furniture stores before coming here. I wish we had just came here first! They had exactly what she needed and a large selection of fabric choices. The sales associate was friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. They had to order the chair but it came just a couple days later and was delivered the same day it came. Their customer service is wonderful as well. She has had to have it fixed twice in the almost 8 months that she has owned it. No fault of the store of the company that makes the chair! They had someone out in a couple of hours to fix the chair at no cost to her. I highly recommend coming here for any and all furniture needs!
This is not a huge store but it definitely has the basics covered. The employees (Renee in particular) are friendly and helpful, and they will do what they can to give you the best price possible for the quality furniture you need. I would highly recommend this as a first place to check for your furniture needs.
