Felt very rushed and it shows on my nails. $74 for simple mani pedi that was extremely underwhelming and disappointing.
I walked in 15 minutes early for my 5 o’clock appointment and sat down and the lady the was supposed to do my nails at 5 walked away from me and did a different pedicure without telling me the wait or what she was doing. Very rude. Very disrespectful. Don’t recommend.
My sister who doesn't do pedicure bought me a gift card for Christmas,I was so excited to finally unwind and relax for my pedicure... It took 17 minutes! wax and towels and everything! I was so disappointed. It took just about as long for my toes to dry!
Didn't remove all of the callus completely on my big which normally would have been completely removed.
When I walked out soon to closing on a Saturday night I was horrified when I got home, my two daughters nails were fine , mine on the other hand was horrific!!! I called the following business day to tell the boss about my experience and she made it as so it was my fault and that I asked for it and she knows she put me with the less experienced nail tech of that store!! I cried so bad because I was a monster and I did not feel beautiful at all I was a witch instead of an elegant kitty cat for Halloween, and it is not what I was looking for, I would asked for classy nails and got trashy nails instead, so I went to the 4 seasons where my nails were done efficiently. Never will I go again and never will my daughters give business to this establishment ever again, because a woman supposed to feel beautiful when she steps out of any nail shop, lots of money wasted.
