In my opinion, Neo nails has the best service of any of the nail salons I have been to. I never schedule an appointment due to the way my work schedule falls, I never really know when I will have time to get my nails done. But, every time I have walked in, they were able to take care of whatever I needed done. And everyone there is very professional and does a fantastic job. My nails look great! I will recommend Neo Nails to anyone that appreciates a relaxing environment and great customer service.
I went here to get my nails and feet done for my wedding. I spent over 100 dollars and the service and quality for what I paid for was not even close to what they charge for the atmosphere and friendliness they portray. I told the woman who was doing my nails that they were for my wedding, she not only did a rush job on them because they were backed up with customers, but when it was time to have my feet done the couple next to me was there for her birthday. They offered HER a free glass of wine and her boyfriend. Last time I checked...you should be focused on making the bride happy and making the experience greater than just any person walking through the door. Especially when they’re paying 150 dollars for nails! Extremely disappointed!! Don’t advise coming here unless you are a local because that’s clearly the only people they seem to care about.
Place is super unprofessional! A simple mistake that was their mistake and could have simply been corrected with words blew completely out of proportion by the staff. The salon manager is very sweet. It's the owner and the secretary that have personal issues. The owner is the rudest for sure. He does not have good customer service or people skills. His lack and respect for the people that give him business just blows me a way! The girl who looks like an assistant and dosent do much of anything is very rude and has the worst attitude ever! This is not my first time here Trina does an amazing job on my nails but it is truly my last time here. It does not matter how good the service is when your establishment is unprofessional.
Momma had a little extra time today for some relaxation and let me tell you it was the best. I got the charcoal detox pedicure and my nail tech was amazing! Very professional and explained each step being this was my first detox pedi. & the massage hands down was the best!!!
Very unprofessional business! They do not care about customer service, only about what is convenient or beneficial to them. Their employees and management would rather prove their own point than value their customers and what they expect from their services. I will NEVER use this business again. There are far too many nail salons in and around the area that value customers and appreciate the business. I would’ve given negative stars if possible!!! Please spend your money elsewhere, somewhere it will be appreciated.
