First time pool buyer.bought a doughboy above ground pool . customer service is the worst i have had to deal with. this pool has been a nightmare from day one. once pool was installed i came home to find boxes piled up in my front yard along side the road with trash up and down my street . asked the installer some questions about how to use the pump and filter was told to go back to arron pools and they would give me a crash coarse on it . went back to get crash corase was told by sells person she dont know anything about the pump she just sells them. later noticed once i started filling with water the liner came apart at the seam installer came back out and patched it . was told i have to wait six weeks before they will come change the liner but the patch will hold for now so we could swim after about a week of running the pump the pump burnt up. they said they would submit a warranty claim that was over week ago and still no response. sent the name plate on the pump to my electrician for help. he stated that this pump should be on its own breaker and asked did they mention anything about that. the answer was no when i asked if they knew that. i was told doughboy needs to send more info on these pools so they can pass on to customers . only info i got was it had to be on a 20 amp receptacle and no extension cords. Check. went back to inquire why there was no guidance for electrical now all i get is the run around the owner of the company tried to give an old used pump to put on my pool and proceeded to tell me about all his problems . no thanks i am done with arron pools. had to back to my electrician to get a new pump and get it installed. its a shame there was no help from the dealer. i will take my chemical business elsewhere.

Aaron pools made it a pleasant experience to work with. They came out and looked over the site before installation and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing a pool installed.
