My husband and I walked in to inquire about remodeling our bathroom. The woman who we saw when we walked in seemed extremely annoyed that we even walked in not to mention the questions we had. They have a sign at the front door about what the customer means to them and I did not for a second feel as I as the customer was welcomed or of interest to her by any means! She sat at her desk did not stand up, did not introduce herself, and in my opinion could not care less if we chose that business as consumers. It was the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever witnessed. The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn’t write a review without noting at least one. Please don’t waste your time with this company. They obviously don’t need your business!
