This was my first time here! I will NEVER go back! The lady did a horrible job on my nails! When I asked her for cuticle oil, she got mad! My skin on my hands was white from wasting acetone on my hands! I remain quite the whole time. The part that got me the most was I said thank you; even though the service was horrible! Sad to say, no one said thank you in return! They all just looked! The pedicure seats are all busted up with tape on them! I’m so sorry I came here! I drove 30 minutes from my house to come here! I promise you I won’t be back! Don’t waste your time or money! Go somewhere else!
It was the worst experience of my life they charge me 35 dollars for a pedicure and the cuticle was not removed and the owner would not fix ut
One of Best, you don't have to wait long and very good with the customers and very good prices
They are not professional. Paid 70$ for nails that look like you bought them at family dollar. Once I paid they rudely told me to get up and move even tho all the chairs were empty they only had 1 other person there. When I went back to get them fixed they filed them scraped the polish off and didn’t even care to fix them they were so rude and unprofessional . Never going there again. If you want something decent do not go to anna nails. WORST customer service ever. Never met Chinese people as rude as them. Don’t even deserve 1 star.
If I can give 0 stars I would. Rushed my polish and my nails they look a mess
