This planet beach in particular has so much to offer and they just added spin class! Always clean and constantly sanitized. Tanning beds are new but hot worx is by far my favorite thing here. So relaxing and gives you a fresh start to your day. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They will answer any questions you have.
I have been coming to planet beach Kenner for a few years now and I have no complaints! The staff is amazing and I learned so much about the benefits of the services offered. Thank you PB Kenner for always providing exceptional customer service to your members!

I have been a titanium member for 7 years, which means I can go to any planet beach with my membership. It cost me $37 to get a spray tan at this location, when it is normally FREE with my membership (some locations I will have to pay but it is no more than $15 for my cartridge). They charged me $27 for my mystic fee, and on top of that a $10 reciprocal fee- totaling $37!!. They also forgot to put a towel in the room so I didn't have anything to wipe the solution off with. I will never go back here. They are in it for the money, and not the satisfaction of the customer. This is the first time I ever wrote a review, but I felt compelled.
First time ever going to a place like this and I LOVE it!!!♥ufe0f♥ufe0f♥ufe0f Helps me unwind after work and relax my body and mind physically! The skin therapy has improved my skin appearance! The staff....just amazing! Patient, knowledgeable about each enjoyable treatment and make sure you enjoy your experience!!
