Jefferson Memorial Gardens is by far the best. Rick was so attentive to our needs. He really was a big help to our family and friends. He was there for every question we had. My dad is in good hands. We really appreciate everything they done for us
Beautiful Gardens and area all around is very quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and respectful .
Although this is a beautiful landscape, I was very saddened by the way the staff handled the body of our loved one. After the funeral home finished their presentation in the foyer of the mausoleum, JMG staff directed pall bearers to prepare for entombment. No one directed the family to the position, only left us standing there while while confused looks watched the staff direct pall bearers to completely push the casket into the wall. No final goodbye, no placement of flowers, no prayers, NOTHING!! Immediately afterward the staff member proceeded to seal the block! Yes, as family still stand around, many not even to their cars! There was no courtesy to even wait for us to turn our backs and walk away. When asked why they didn’t give such courtesy, the gentleman responded, “IDK, I’m just doing my job!” He could’ve at least known of proper etiquette when following a funeral! HORRIBLE AND LASTING EXPERIENCE!
I knw most of us dnt wanna think about Life After, but Mr Rick maintains a beautiful garden for our loved oned..
