The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the manager is very unprofessional. I had an issue where my card was charged 3 times. The clerk tried everything she could an was very polite. She asked me to wait til the manager get in the next morning. I called downstairs at 9am she wasn't in, so the clerk checked me out to see if that would cancel the other transactions.She finally came in at 1035, the clerk called me downstairs. The manager wouldn't talk to me. She had the clerk go back and forth between the two of us. I will not be back again.

Nice hotel, but apparently some of the front desk clerks will lie & say that they have no rooms & half of them doesn't give you awards recognition or wants to add your rewards account to the stay. Had 3 different clerks say my account was on there &when i got the receipt ,it wasn't. When asked why not, they immediately got it on there & issued a new receipt. All the staff was very friendly.

We reserved for 2 nights. After the first we had to move rooms because they didn't put down our 2nd night so we lost the room. My aunt as well. She booked 2 days and they only did 1. She lost her room as well. Very poor service.

Our stay was great!! Very clean and excellent stay. Sharika at the front desk was super friendly and was very attentive to quick service. Lastly, the breakfast was awesome!
