You deserve zero stars. While I was there this elderly couple came in, (woman was non verbal) and the man tells the older guy working there that the woman was in here yesterday and a nail has broken and wants to get it fixed. The old guy working there starts to yell at these people in front of several customers saying if you don’t like my service you can get out and use someone else, get! They man asking to fix the broken nail is shocked and said we just want to fix her nail. He offered to pay and the guy working there changed his mind and said you will pay! The older guy never expected free service so he was confused. The non verbal woman doesn’t understand what’s going on and is just as sweet as can be. They were mistreated from the moment they walked in the door. I don’t know if it was because they were black, elderly or he just thought they wanted something for free, which he made clear he would pay. Either way I won’t go back. I realize I’m only one customer but I never want to see an elderly couple get treated like that. I hope they started to use a different salon as well. They also do not sanitize anything. The brushes you use when you wash your hands? Yea he just runs those under the water and places back in bowl for the next customer. This place is unethical and dirty.

I decided to try somewhere new since I received the worst service possible at Happy Nails on Farmerville. I called Tina Nails and asked if they did walk-ins the man on the phone was very professional and gave me prices (I asked) and said I could come in now if I wanted to. When I got there it was no wait. They started on me right away. I let the man know that it was me who called a few minutes earlier. He was very professional. I got a full-set. He took his time and honestly I don't think my nails have ever been shaped so pretty. The lenght is perfect, the polish is beautiful and neat. Im sooooo satisfied with their services. I also got my feet polished. The atmosphere was nice and calm. To top it all, their prices are great!! I will definitely be making Tina Nails my new nail shop!!

i went with my friend today, and as soon as i came in they were really sweet!! i has someone working on my nails in 5 min. they took their time on my nails, and they turned out great. i definitely will be coming back! also the best coffin shape i’ve seen on my nails before!
