This was my second experience at Happy Nails. The first time I was charged over $50 for a refill. I wanted to give them another chance so I went today. I wanted 2+ hours before my nails were touched. When people walked in they were not made aware of the lengthy wait, and when customers were getting upset and walking out no one was apologizing. Very unprofessional. Nail technicians would also start on person A move to person B get halfway done and then go back to person A. The prices are way too expensive for the professionalism and quality of work. WOULD NOT recommend to anyone who wants to have decent looking nails in a good atmosphere.
Was told different price by the attendant and then charges more when checking out. Way over priced. Poor quality as well.

So far so good. The quality of work and attention to detail are wonderful. The location is clean the equipment and chairs appear new. But no that wasn't the case. She did my nails and she did an awesome job! I am so pleased with my nails i will definitely be coming back soon!
Today was my 1st visit to the salon and I was very impressed. I had both a manicure and a pedicure and Tony was absolutely fantastic!! The atmosphere in there was the best I have ever been in and I have been in quite a few over the years. I am here visiting with a friend (and they knew it) but I was treated like a loyal customer and not just some one passing through. I will definitely go back when I am in the area in the future.
