We had the king suite with the kitchen and living area. It was great for our family. The only complaint we have is that the area under the t.v. wasn't cleaned out prior to our stay. The bedding was all unfolded in the cabinet area along with an empty wrapper of chocolate dipped cashews. Other than that everything was great.
Great staff and would have given them a 5 star review but I have been on the phone trying to get in touch with the physical location but their phone system is disabled and when I call the help line they insisted on transferring me to the location and I refused. The help line could not get in contact with them as well so I am guessing poor management. So once again great place to stay but make sure you don’t have to contact the physical location for any help...
Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Bathroom door was barn door style with zero privacy or fan. Breakfast was horrible. Couldn’t get water unless I paid for it. I got oatmeal and wasn’t offered a bowl but others were. It took forever for a waffle. The cook would only use one waffle iron at a time.
Rooms were nice but the real stand out was the staff. Marisa was fantastic and very accommodating to all of my needs. She recommended great places to eat during our stay as well. Will 100% be going back thanks to her hospitality!
Outstanding service, room, location everything. We were so pleasantly surprised and astounded really about the cleanliness and spaciousness. We will be back through this area a few times in the next couple years and will definitely stop here. Best hotel room we have had in years.
