Rooms were clean and roomy. The free breakfast was a disappointment. They had cereal, whole apples, an a waffle maker. The breakfast was supposed to be open from 6 to 9 or 7 to 9, I'm not sure which ,but it was not quite 8am when we got there, and no muffins or anything .everything was empty .big disappointment! And as far as the night Clerk and day clerk, I would give them about a 6. they were not super friendly, but they were not rude. But all in all for the price it couldn't be beat. I would stay there again

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Gina! Rooms were clean. Housekeeping wasn't intrusive but were available when needed. And the bed! Oh my goodness, I think that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! I will definitely be staying again ... and often.

Misleading presentation! The front doors, elevator, breakfast room all plastered with signs to mask but no one was wearing masks, not staff and not guests. I asked a staff person why there were signs everywhere to wear masks but she and other staff were not wearing them. She told me her was downstairs and that she would go get it. 10 minutes later I snapped a picture of her doing laundry without a mask. Do NOT come here if you want to feel safe or clean. I have pictures to capture all these claims.

i had made a reservation at this hotel for family members for my sister passing i was told that my credit card would be use to hold the rooms my family member decided that the didn’t want to stay at this hotel do to an bad experience they had in the pass The hotel decided that they was a no show and charged my credit card for two rooms for no show after i was told that they was on holded they never checked in the rooms with this being said Please be advised to make sure you don’t get charged for a room u never checked into this no show is something new i guess to make money off people that don’t want to stay or change there minds about where they wanting to stay i have reached out to them but it’s the computer fault i am a 21 year veteran have been all over the world i never been put in this position be aware ask questions before booking rooms at this hotel yours truly SGT James collins
