One of my tenants bought furniture from Aarons and the delivery driver hit the corner of my building with the delivery truck and didn't even come to our office to report it. We have called the store in Cleveland Georgia several times now and have gotten nowhere. They also damaged the sofa that they were delivering to our tenant. We have a police report of the incident and if we cant get any help from the store in this matter then I will be calling the district manager and the white county courthouse next! I wanted others to know what terrible service you can expect to receive if you have your furniture delivered from Aarons rental in Cleveland Georgia.

Arron's is over priced and funiture is cheaply made..if you miss a payment the are nonnegotionable and call you every day harrasing you.I am going to contact the better business assocation about Arron's Rentals.

Seriously considering getting BBB involved and taking legal action when it comes to Aaron’s I keep getting harassing phone calls for furniture DO NOT OWN I bought my bed frame when my Stimulus stimulus check hit also when I called up there and told them that the mattress they delivered smelled of pee and had cigarette burns on it they told me to just Febreze it and that was the last straw for me so I told them come get it now they want a payment when the mattress has been gone since at least February seriously I have never had a issue with Aaron’s till now

As always Troy, Chad and the crew provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend them. This morning my husband called with a slight issue. Derek stepped up to the plate. Resolved my issue(nothing to do with merchandise) in a fast friendly manner. Thank you Derek.
