Manger of the store upcharges you on everything. Want the cheapest plan that meets your needs? Don't go here! Here no matter what you ask for you get the most costly options, even when they tell you (* and give you a receipt for) the less costly options. I have a recording of the staff there admitting systematic fraud.

I had to get a new phone, because my Bluetooth stopped working. AT&T sent me the phone and I went to see Tyler at the Cleveland, GA store. Tyler was great, professional and patient. He also helped me set up my other phone about 4 months ago.

ud83eudd2c Christopher the manager of the store I think stuck it to me and my wife went in to upgrade one phone and when it was over the plan was doubled the price but we didn’t know that when we left for a hour so they could transfer the data from my old phone when we got back to pick it up he was not there and all the data was not transferred to new phone so we had to come back the next day but with no paperwork to show what we received thank God and a email from AT&T that morning that showed us what out next bill would be and the plan for the phone bill was over doubled the price what a shocker and a stroke went to store thank goodness he wasn’t there so we called a real AT&T Customer service and Jason got us back to where we thought it should have been thankful for a honest real AT&T representative
