they always get my boyfriends coffee right which is great, but i ordered an ICED coffee, tell me why all they did was put HOT coffee in an iced coffee cup and fill it with ice???? that makes no sense. will more than likely never order another drink for myself here.
Overall its pretty. Good. They're also always happy to fix any mixups that. At happen and the gent on the speaker is so friendly.
I love Dunkin coffee, but this store has issues getting it the same every time. Also they are out of certain menu items most of the time.
I will never tell someone to go here always out of stock on stuff an they close at 9pm an it's 2pm manager is hateful as well I start doing business with cleveland doughnuts from now on
we went here today for donuts the Saturday before valentine's for a half of dozen donuts and was told they were out out of pretty much all the donuts but yet they shop is open until 9 pm mind you?? so I ordered to specialty donuts got to the window was told they sold the donuts out from us... then I asked the girl how were they sold when I just ordered them?? the manger came to window and he raised his voice at me and too me hush and if I hurry up and make a decision he would give me two donuts free. I'm what kind do u have and he rolled his eyes!!! this is straight b.s. everytime I go here he is always this way towards me! everytime I go here they are always out out of donuts on the weekends! I mean come on ppl
