Horrible customer service , terrible time management skills, the short Caucasian lady has an nasty attitude, she told me she was NOT accepting my uhual return && CLOSED THE DOOR ON ME !! She almost caused me to be late && be charged another day ! She has customers coming && standing outside the office door OUTSIDE because she’s going in the building locking the door && not assisting people at all !!! && yes we ALL ARE BLACK ! never again will I come here !!

USA Rent-A-Space is a wonderful storage facility with great and friendly service and great prices. They are always so warm and inviting anytime I have to deal with them. The facility is always cleaned and well taken care of and if I had any problems they handle is quickly. This is the only place that I am willing to handle my storage need. If you are around or near griffin and need storage this is the place to store.
