I have been using Harris container for the last few years. Recently I ordered a 14 yard container for a tenant of mine and after the 30 days they start charging you “storage fee” . These kind people will wait until additional 30 days or longer before calling to see if the container is ready for pickup and said it’s my responsibility to let them know it’s ready for pickup... Well let’s see , if your secretary can call 60 days later to see if it’s ready why couldn’t she call a day or two after the 30 days to let you know ? Lol because they want more money. SO I HAD TO PAY 300$ more for this . Won’t ever use them again, and there is more container companies in the area ..
I have been remodeling my house for about 6 months now. We have been hauling by the pickup as we need to. It's self service but the people there are always so good to us. I am a 64 year old female and have my handicapped adult son help me.nEven thou they don't have too they have come out and helped us to take really heavy items off the truck if they are not too busy. I for one am thankful to this company for caring for their customers. Thank you.
The service is not bad - the lady in the accounting is not someone I ever want to deal with. Very unprofessional
