Corporate screwed up my storage rental which was difficult because I reserved nearly two weeks in advance and had drove over 30 hours in 2 1/2 days to get there. Even though it was not this locations fault, the staff and owner went above and beyond to help me out. They made special arrangements for me as I was under a strict time crunch and we're super kind and helpful. I'm extremely grateful to their entire team for helping me out when I was beat down exhausted and pretty well out of alternative options. Wonderful people!
Cindy the in store manager was great doing two or more things during my check in for a auto trailer. Just clam and no worries. Check in to drop off was a breeze also.
Customer service is horrible and they charged me 20$ with no reason. They don’t answer the phone never.
Quick professional reservation and return. The 26 ft truck was 186,680 miles of experience - but performed almost new - looked good. Courteous staff.nnWhen I saw the UHAUL pricing on boxes, I was very sorry that I had stocked up on Lowe’s and Home Depot. Could have saved 30% buying boxes from UHAUL.nnNo problems. Good service. Good pricing.
Convenient but they need to update people's account when they pay & not have them locked out. What could be a contact free storage run turns into having to contact someone to let you in your unit. Overall great place.
