PRA Movers

Where to begin. When I made my reservation the company was called Professional Reliable and Affordable (PRA) Movers. However at some point in between then and the pick up they changed their name to Nation Relocation. Easiest explanation is because they are not professional, reliable, or affordable. The pick up crew was 4 days late on picking up my stuff. Causing me to move around several appointments and costing me extra money. Then they packed the materials pretty well I felt. However upon delivery several items were damaged and some were missing. They stole my guitar out of its secure guitar case. I know this because I watched the men pack it and wrap the case shut. When I got the guitar case back it was not wrapped and inside was a moving blanket instead of a guitar. There is no need to put a moving blanket inside of a hard shell guitar case and the movers who packed it did not put it there. This company refused to answer my several messages and continued to run the cost up on me for stuff that was their fault and out of my hands while offering absolutely NO discount for them being 4 days late. I cannot say enough how awful my experience was with this company. They are absolutely not professional, reliable, and I can honestly say they do not care about you. They sound great and pleasant and nice and once you make your reservation and start giving them money it slowly goes away. But you cannot get your stuff until you pay in full whatever price they give you, whether you disagree with it or not. You must pay that price to get your stuff, then and only then can you dispute the price. But that is when they suddenly don't care about you as a customer anymore. Trust me. There are better options out there, DONT DO IT. STAY AWAY.
