Angela at this Medlock Bridge location is INCREDIBLE. I recommend anyone looking to rent a unit choose this location. I pulled in at 5:30 (they close at 6) and just wanted to get my unit and access codes before they closed and Angela, knowing the toll moving takes, took care of me. She didn’t rush me at ALL and said take my time and relax. That meant so much to me after making a 9 hr drive from Virginia Beach. Not only did I receive the BEST customer service on move in day Angela continued to look out for me and other customers. I must have been not thinking straight and did not properly lock my unit before leaving. During one of her routine checks to make sure the property is safe noticed my unit/lock situation. She called and informed me. That shows dedication to your job. She could have said nothing but she chose to make sure my belongings were safe and secure. I Hardly ever write reviews but Angela and Cubesmart sincerely deserve a 5star review. Keep up the great work and customer service. Angela is 100% the reason I will continue to do business and recommend CubeSmart to all my coworkers and friends moving to Atlanta.
