Great staff. Chris Adams is the only one I've had interaction with so far and he's awesome. Other staff members that pass by in the hallway are always friendly. The lady that does the cleaning throughout the day does an awesome job. Everything is so clean.nI'm disappointed that the 2020 Mack Anthem I drive has already had some issue but I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received each time.nLastly, your driver lounge is great. Good quality product, if you're looking for interior parts go to original truck manufacturer, not here
I recently bought a Hino box truck from this location. Everything went smoothly and Kevin was helpful, but the Finance Department did not release the title until a week after the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous given the down payment was provided via cashier checks. Then they proceeded to blame it on everyone working from home... LOL. If you need a truck fast, this would not be the place to get it.
I usually take my truck at NEXTRAN for oil change and services.
