Haven’t even had my freight delivered yet but I feel compelled to write a review. Was supposed to have a delivery on Monday. Called, confirmed and reconfirmed. Window was huge 1pm to 7pm. 7pm blows by and we call “oh sorry, the freight wasn’t loaded on the truck” is the excuse. They somehow cannot deliver the next day, so we pushed to the next available slot, 5pm to 7pm Wednesday. 7pm again arrived and no delivery. Call and told it somehow magically didn’t make the truck. Now it’s our responsibility to call tomorrow to arrange a third delivery which they will probably screw up again. I’ve worked with many trucking and LTL shipping companies over 30 years. This one may be the worst. How can you operate without hitting a deadline let alone two deadlines?? Avoid at all costs if you need you stuff delivered on time and in tact.

Customer service very rude, she couldn't get off the phone fast enough.nCalled in a pick-up 8:00 this morning. It's 3:00pm still not here.nWe close at 3:30pm they used to be reliable. Not no more

I own a business just outside of Atlanta, we are frequently getting equipment delivered. I have NEVER been treated so rude by a delivery driver, he refused to take it off the truck because it was too big. Then he gave me 15 minutes to get someone here to unload it for me, then he got mad slammed the door of the truck said he was leaving, then I spoke his manager who assured me he would stay until I could get someone here to actually deliver it, but he left a 250 lb crate on the sidewalk out front and said it was my problem. The company who paid to ship it to me says the paid for it to be delivered to my spa not left on the sidewalk. What a nightmare
