I've been here 3 times. As a Penske driver I expected service. Long waits for... I do not know. I've been given advice to try another shop for repairs... I do not know why. I'm waiting now going on 23 minutes for gas and a wash. Why the lack luster service? I guess now I won't get any service since I am telling the FACTS.

I have been driving trucks for 27 years I dropped back a rental truck to this location which Alonzo who works there called me several days after accusing me that there was traces of DEF in the dieselnI am also a mechanic and know the difference between the Def tank and the diesel tank. I also kept and emailed them the receipt when I purchased and put the def fluid into the trucknAlso the truck was driving perfectly when I dropped it backnThey sent me an invoice for over $4600nWhile talking with Alonzo he hung up the phone on me
Smooth transaction clean truck. Had trouble dropping off the key as there is no key drop, but I finally found someone.
