From the first time I had my first conversation with the new manager Burton, at Abbots Bridge Rd, Duluth Extra Storage, I was very impressed with the way he explained the policies and procedures regarding my future move out date. Everything went according to plan and in addition Burton, went above and beyond with assisting me and making sure I had everything I needed. His support was just what I needed. If I were to recommend this particular facility, Abbots Bridge Rd, Duluth this would be the one. Without a doubt Burton, made my experience unforgettable. Thank you, Extra Storage Space.
Burton did a wonderful job helping me. I auto pay monthly and forgot to change my card number in the system. Before I would have been charged a late fee and not even been called by the manager that the autopay didn’t go through, this manager called me right away to let me know the payment didn’t go through so I knew the card number was off, we changed it and I was not charged a late fee.
I like the storage but you forgot to tell me how to get into the unit. I had to ask someone in the parking lot. Also I was told there would be a lock and I had to bring my own.
Chamberlain was very professional, very helpful and was very pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions and helped me resolve an issue very quickly.
Burton was a pleasure to work with very organized and professional. Would absolutely send my friends to him!!
