There a few times that I needed assistance and they have always been so helpful and kind, especially Mark! The facility is clean and safe. I never had to worry about bugs or critters near my belongings. I went several times late at night and always felt safe. I would recommend them to a friend!

Extra Space Storage kept my belongings safe and sound for many years (more than expected)! Payment was convenient and easy and the staff has always been so wonderful! The units are clean and damage-free, and they have many size options. I appreciate their gate hours- I have been inside the property many times late at night and early morning and I have always felt safe! I will definitely be using Extra Space Storage for all of my future storage needs! Mark at the Duluth Location went above and beyond to give me the best customer care, which I appreciate immensely! I definitely recommend this business.

This is a really nice place in a nice area. I kept my belongings there for a year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mark is a very good Manager and he made sure that I received the care and help that I needed. If you are undecided about where to store your belongings choose Extra Space Storage.

I legit was having the worst day and Sean at Extra Space literally went above and beyond to make my day! He was very helpful and to care and concern with getting me into a unit very quick and swiftly. I would also like to credit Mark the office manager who has also taken excellent care of me as well! This is not your average storage facility. It is clean and free of odors. Well lit and safe I worked definitely recommend!
