Have used this company for years but now have the worst service and customer service representative. Constantly send the wrong product causing our business to go down the toilet from complaints about the buns. And I was going up on by representative because I expressed the dissatisfaction with this problem.
Amazing staff! Superb customer service along with high quality bread products! They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! Definitely earned a life long customer!
Loaded fast.
My first order of business when taking back over my kitchen was to get an account set back up with Engleman's. Their bread is always fresh, always delicious, and always on time. Not to mention the staff is incredibly helpful on working with me and my busy schedule, or on sampling new products that may work better with my menu. As long as I run the Tavern on Main kitchen, we will be serving Engleman's bread
