The best cakes around. Period. Multiple wedding guests have commented that this was the best-tasting and most beautiful wedding cake they have had/seen. Could not have been happier with the final product!

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Nicole made our cake dreams come true. I sent her a couple of pictures of what I had in mind and she produced something far better than I could have imagined! Not only that but the cake was DELICIOUS. All night people were asking where it came from. If you need a cake (or any desert) for any occasion Ginger Spice Bakery is the THE PLACE to go. I will definitely be ordering from Nicole again!
I wanted to use this bakery for my wedding this October, and I attempted to contact Gingerspice at least 10 times between 5-6 months before the big day. I never heard back. Customer service is plainly not a priority, I was very disappointed.
Nicole from Ginger Spice did a phenomenal job with our wedding cake. My husband and I were anxious about finding a gluten free cake that would fit his Celiac needs, but Nicole blew all of our fears away by producing the best cake either of us had ever eaten! We are already talking of getting another of her cakes for our birthdays. Thank you Ginger Spice for an incredible experience!
