Drive thru can be much swifter in the late morning, being that the early rush is over. They shouldn't raise prices on items that aren't worth the increase, leave that to Starbucks. Post signage of what's out of stock pleasenHowever, 50% of the time the staff is sweet and welcoming!

This location is a hit or miss depending on whether they are rushing or are slow. Also it depends what employee is there. I used to like their coffee but lately it has been a little watery or it feels like they just poured the old coffee first. I asked for an caramel frap and I couldn't finish it due to the fact that they put so much caramel on the bottom it was so thick I had to get a spoon to mix it around but still I tastes nothing but caramel sauce.

This place never has anything. They dont even have donuts!!! Whats the purpose of calling ur self dunkin donuts with the donuts. Ok, that's fine but whenever I go in there they never warm up anything and never give me anything I want. This hasn't happened once or twice. It's happened over the course of almost 1 year!

My bagel bites are always room temp to cold, we only go here since it’s right around the corner for us. Never gone inside but the drive thru service is average, nothing spectacular. I feel like my drinks are never made the same whether I order at the drive thru or on the app. Asked for a bagel with EXTRA cream cheese and this is their definition of extra ud83dude43

I've been going to this location a lot but, lately their coffee has been watered down. I've been asking for almond milk but getting water. No longer doing business wiith this location. I'd rather drive to the Chamblee location which is further but, their coffee's always the best.
