Out of all the items I needed.
I have been coming to this Publix for years and it is a clean and well organized store. The employees are always friendly and the bathrooms are always clean. I forgot my mask at home and they will give you one at the service desk. I will keep coming here.
When i think of publix they have great customer service and usually clean. However today was not that day! I've walked in to get a sub because they're simply great then decided to get a dessert. While i was looking for it i saw they were selling some on the shelves so i chose one, but when the lady brought it to the counter there was A COCKROACH crawling on the counter. Now i know they may have one or two, but at least clean it before someone wants to get something. The lady then kills it and didn't changed her gloves or wipe it after it and handed my dessert like nothing happened. I am truly disappointed at them for letting this happened. Definitely never coming to this store ever again!!!

I called and ordered a cake for my husband’s birthdaynThe lady answered “Rebecca” who took my ordered was absolutely incredible and very pleasant!!!nThe best Service I ever had! Even when picking up the cake, she was so delightful. Hands down best experience from beginning to end.
