The staff here was incredibly professional and compassionate after our loss. They handled so may details effortlessly, and really took the load off of us when we needed help. The facility is very nice and accommodating, and we were attended to during our service. I greatly appreciated the experience we had with Crowell Brothers.

I don't typically take the time to post reviews unless I received exceptional service or service so poor that it warrants sharing with others. I believe it's easy, especially in this digital age, to simply write negative reviews days on end. However, I want to reverse course and share an excellent review for once.nnI wish I wasn't writing a review for Crowell Brothers Funeral Home because it implies I had to deal with a loved one's death. Unfortunately, my mother suffered a heart attack on November 19, 2019 … and passed away November 24, 2019.nnAmidst the grieving process, the inevitable reality of having to prepare her funeral arrangements was the last thing on my mind. If anything, I was in a state of shock, anger, and pure confusion why this occurred, especially to my mom. Nonetheless, given the short turnaround time we had given the holiday break, my dad and I were blessed to have worked with Sam and Cody. My dad actually half-joked he knew them personally because he's had to deal with them in the past (for my grandparents funeral arrangements). Sam and Cody immediately recognized my dad as well. They were courteous, respectful, and gave us time and space to process everything.nnTo be frank, I don't know anything about the funeral business - I'm simply a M&A Consultant. I like to think of myself as a fairly smart guy but all this was new to me. But they worked with me every step of the way, explaining the details of each cost, the difference between the various options, etc.. (there's a lot that goes into the funeral business than I had originally thought - things you don't really think about until it's time to lay a loved one to rest).nnWe expected a large contingency of friends and family and Cody and Sam were more than accommodating. Although we were expecting a large crowd for her Viewing and Funeral, even I was surprised as to how many people showed up. I have no idea where everyone parked, to be honest, as I was inside greeting family and friends. But my brother had a friend apologize to us for his tardiness because of how far he had to park. I don't recall the other gentlemen's names but they were quick to add additional chairs next to the pews, add chairs to the overflow room, and assisted us with setting up/clearing of the viewing. Even before the viewing, we received north of 6 truckloads of flowers (wreaths - the big flowers wreaths you see in traditional Korean Viewings). All the gentlemen were great about helping us move, coordinate, and stage each flower according to who sent them - flower wreaths sent by family closest to her casket, flower wreaths sent by friends in the overflow rooms.nnThe receptionist even allowed me to make last second changes to my eulogy on her computer. It's the small things that make a difference to me that separates exceptional customer service to simply expected customer service.nnAl in all, in a time when I was probably exhausted and not thinking straight, Crowell Brothers Funeral Home was easy to work with, understanding and sympathetic of our situation, and helpful in every sense of the word

Don't let the few negative reviews sway you. This amazing group of people took excellent care of my mom and myself. Sam you are a Gem. From start to finish EVERYONE treated me with compassion and respect. Thank you Crowell Brothers for making a difficult time much easier for me and my family. I'm forever grateful.

This is a wonderful funeral home. They showed my family so much love and gave my daughter dignity and honor. It is a nightmare losing a child but with ther services came peace. I give thanks to all there hard work!

Professional and courteous services. Beautiful and well-cared-for cemetery. Our father was laid to rest here in October and we are very happy with our decision to choose Crowell Brothers. Highly recommended!
