That's the best rating I could give this place. It's good to employ the youth, however a REAL ADULT should be on site to manage customer escalations.nTrain the associates to prepare the menu items and know pricing information. These kids were a real headache, however they were smart enough to get the manager on the phone. Had to get a refund because I was annoyed ud83dude12. Really needed that Charli. Water will suffice.

I never get what I order. There's always an item missing or my coffee is wrong. The store was clean and the order was prepared quickly. They weren't able to take card payments when I went in due to the system being down but the clerk was kind and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I was able to order the the app with my card so it was all good.
I come in with my computer everyday just about and get a coffee and donut. They are so nice the service is great and the food and drinks are fresh !!!!!! I do recommend this establishment.
This is a nice and shiny new Dunkin location. Drive thru has always been painless, and availability of donut types requested has been good. Nothing really to complain.
