The worst experience ever! I waited in a long line just to get to the front and they have pretty much nothing especially the bagel I wanted and they had no more ready. I was told 35 minutes. Seems that they need to be better prepared for the morning crowd. I will find a location that is better prepared going forward along with better organization.
I usually never leave reviews but today I have to... I wish I got his name but it’s the manager who wears the black shirt who always works in the mornings, he has gone above and beyond!nHe ran outside and gave me some thing that I forgot literally anybody else would’ve just said whatever and kept going on with their day especially since they were busy. I really appreciate how he’s always nice and energetic he definitely deserves a raise and a promotion if possible!! People like that keep me and my friends coming back every week! -TY
I got wheat bagel instead of plain. I asked why I am getting it and was told this is last one got it from the back, and he believes its plain when it's clearly not. Also cheese was added after its done cooking. Obviously he forgot to add it earlier. Cheese was cold when I was eating it. I didn't bother to go back as he is going to argue he did just fine. So ghetto and unprofessional. Get a new cook.
Seriously y'all I don't do a lot of reviews, but I have to say the service here has been great. I am a regular here and now drive out of my way (since I moved) to come to this location. The staff is fast and friendly and the food is always great. Thanks guys and girls, keep up the good work.
Don't give me wrong,it's a great place for bagel lover ,not much my thing, overall I do recommend this place
